Hello there,

I’m Nicola, a life coach for women. I love supporting those who want more than “okay,” helping them celebrate and remember the woman they are beyond all the roles they play.

I am passionate about empowering women to move from good to great. Whether exploring career shifts, establishing nourishing habits, or navigating mid-life, I help individuals—particularly women, mothers, solopreneurs and creative spirits—recognise their potential and take ownership of their lives.

Although I am based in Stellenbosch and love meeting in person, I also see clients online. I have worked with clients in Southern Africa, Europe, the UK and UAE.

So how can I help?

Some of the topics that I assist my clients with.

Needing a safe space to process and think, to reflect, make sense of their thoughts, and gain clarity without judgment.

Feeling torn between career and family priorities, wanting to make choices that are good for them, not just everyone else.

Struggling to set boundaries, saying yes too often, feeling stretched thin, and craving space to breathe without guilt.

Losing touch with who they are, especially after big life shifts like motherhood, and wondering how to reconnect with the woman they have become.

Preparing for that difficult conversation, wanting to communicate honestly and calmly without fear of conflict or guilt.

Considering a career pivot, feeling unsure about how to position themselves or what their next step should be.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Why Work With a Coach?

The way I see it, everyone can benefit from having a coach. Coaching isn’t only for people who feel stuck or want to make big life changes — it’s also for those who want to go from good to great.

  1. Through our coaching sessions, you’ll gain clarity by putting words to your challenges and uncovering what’s really holding you back.

  2. You’ll also get to know yourself on a deeper level — your values, your strengths, and what truly matters to you. And if you know you need to take action but can’t quite take the next step, I’ll be there to support and encourage you to move forward.

  3. Our conversations create a safe space for you to THINK, reflect, and grow. Often, you already know deep down what you need to do — you just need the perspective to see it clearly and the accountability of a trusted partner to make it happen. That’s where I come in.

Coaching is not about dictating the path; it’s about providing tools and support for others to navigate their own journey of growth.
